Abstract
A 14 year old girl with rickets, hypocalcemia, hypotonia, irritability, absence of hyperphosphaturia, seizure, growth retardation was presented as another case of pseudo-vitamin D deficiency rickets. She also had lactose intolerance. Her hypocalcemic rickets was treated in a relatively short period of time with high doses of vitamin D on which she was found dependent.
