Abstract
Three cases of multiple epiphyseal dysplasia are presented. Two of them show marked fragmentation and deformity of the capital femoral epiphyses in addition to the other findings and thereby qualify to be classified as representing the pseudoachondroplastic form of this disease. The third patient with the tarda form of this dysplasia presents milder changes in the epiphyses, and displays characteristic findings in the vertebrae.
