Abstract
Paraesophageal hiatus hernia is a very rare entity in children. The majority of cases remain asymptomatic and some are diagnosed incidentally. The clinical course of a massive paraesophageal hiatus hernia containing colon and stomach in a five-year-old boy is presented.
