Abstract
The conduct of interviews with the parents of 56 children with a steroid-respondent nephrotic syndrome are described and the outcome discussed. Certain recommendations are made; the need to give more education to the families concerned is stressed as are the benefits to be gained from the help of a well-organized social-service program.
