Abstract

A rare case of interrupted aortic arch (IAA) associated with mirror-image dextrocardia and Sprengel's anomaly of the scapula is briefly described. Additional cardiac anomalies include a ventricular septal defect, a large persistent ductus arteriosus and bilateral superior venae cavae. As far as we know this is the first such case to be reported in the literature.
