Four cases, each presenting a dilated right coronary artery, detected by means of echocardiography, are reviewed. Of these, one is a case of supravalvular aortic stenosis, the other three of coronary artery fistula. Since the detection of dilation of the right coronary artery may be useful in the diagnosis of right coronary fistula, supravalvular aortic stenosis and aberrant left coronary artery arising from the pulmonary artery, it seemed worthwhile to report these four cases and to review the relevant literature.
