Abstract
A case of primary lymphedema in a lower extremity is presented. Lymphangiograms revealed the lymphatic aplasia of the left lower extremity. Pathogenesis and classification of primary lymphedema are briefly reviewed, and the importance of lymphangiography in diagnosis is emphasized.
