Eleven patients with double-outlet right ventricle (DORV) underwent total correction between September 1974 and December 1983. All of the patients had relatively uncomplicated DORV (sub-aortic or noncommitted VSD and with or without pulmonary stenosis). The intracardiac tunnel repair technique was performed in the majority of the patients and a valved external conduit was used in one. In this report, in addition to the presentation of our cases, morphological definition and surgical technique have been discussed in detail.
