Abstract

In this study, 54 randomly selected patients with acute congestive heart failure due to infections in the 0 to 2 year age group were investigated. Hypoglycemia was found in 17 of the 54 cases (31.48%). The incidence of hypoglycemia in anemic patients was found to be statistically significant.
