Abstract

The ultrastructural studies of liver and spleen in a case of Wolman's disease are reported. Lipid accumulation in parenchymal cells, and cholesterol crystal clefts in Kupffer cells were observed in the liver. Lipid deposited macrophages (foam cells) were observed in the spleen.
