Abstract
Ten cases of Trilogy of Fallot operated on between 1962 and 1973 with the help of extracorporeal circulation were presented. Long term follow-up of these patients proved that surgical treatment performed in these cases were completely successful and effective. Diagnosis and treatment of this malformation were briefly discussed.
