A retrospective review is presented of 91 patients with malignant lymphoma (excluding Hodkin's disease). The following conclusions were drawn from the study: Malignant lymphomas is more common in boys than girls. The time from the onset of the disease to the final histological diagnosis is unfortunately prolonged in many cases because of the lack of diagnostic facilities in a number of the hospitals, and we pediatricians should remember that lymphomas are not rare possibilities so that we may diagnose the cases much earlier.
