Abstract
The clinical course of a case with mediastinal neuroblastoma including spastic diplegia which afflicted a six-month old boy has been presented and pertinent material in the medical literature has been discussed in an effort to compare our findings with those of our colleagues and to emphasize the significance and the necessity of early treatment in similar cases.
